Q. How long before I receive my labels? A. If you are having them sent directly to you by email, this should take less than 15 minutes. If we are printing them for you and posting them on, this should take:

UK - up to working 3 days

Rest of Europe - up to working 5 days

Rest of World inc USA, Canada & Australia - up to 7 working days

Note - Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays.
